• Built the ERP the business runs on, end to end: assets, rental agreements, billing, jobs, maintenance, employees, and payroll.
• Now modernising it in place — the legacy CodeIgniter application, a React web app, and a React Native field app all running the same operations, with no maintenance window available.
• Retrofitted tenant separation, role-based access control, and white-label branding so the platform can be resold to other rental yards.
• Designed and shipped Lend Pilot solo — a multi-tenant SaaS for Canadian private mortgage lending, live and in production use.
• Built an IoT solution for tracking rented equipment in the field.
• Run all of the AWS: two WordPress sites, three applications, and email for both companies.

Brikers Inc. — heavy machinery parts and sales

• Designed and oversaw delivery of the company's end-to-end ERP on a LAMP stack with SuiteCRM and Twilio, driving inbound sales funnels and IVR.
• Used Twilio Autopilot for conversational routing across applications, email, SMS, web, and voice — five years before this was ordinary.
• Managed the team delivering the ERP, website, I/T infrastructure, and security systems.
• Built the annual inventory count system and the warehouse bin-location system from scratch.
• Shipped customer-facing asset tracking, and Cordova apps to Google Play and the App Store.
• Scraped worldwide machine make, model, and type data to seed the parts catalogue.
• Designed and documented the I/T build-out for a building expansion, and directed the trades delivering it.

Metal Mountain Resources Inc., with Eagle Peak Resources and Rich Rock Resources — gold, silver, and copper mining

• Built an object-oriented Flex, PHP, and MySQL CRM tracking investors, investment activity, and user statistics — including tax issuance and shareholder communication.
• Built the AGM mailing system behind the annual shareholder run — it merged, addressed, and printed 1,800 letters for each of the three companies, about 5,400 in a sitting. The printer hated it, and the folding was still done by hand.
